Geocache Description:

Enjoy caching at Veterans Memorial Park, located on Johnson Ave. N., on the east side of Brooks Lake, people can use the baseball field, picnic shelter, open play fields, playground equipment, a boat launching ramp, and fishing pier. Watch out for muggles as this is also home to the Cokato Kings amateur baseball team as could be busy as people catch a game in the spring and early summer months.

Here is a simple cache for you to pick up on your way through town, on your lunch break or when you are caching in the area or even if you just need a smile! My GPS is known to be off from others, I also have a lot of trouble with reception in Cokato, so I set this up using Google Earth, I hope it gets you close, this is a large park, but there isn't a lot of great hiding places so I feel assured you will make the find. Please place the cache back exactly as found, aligning it in the proper direction. Bring your own pen, happy hunting, you deserve a smile today!
