Geocache Description:

Welcome to Bryant Mamaroneck Park

White Plains has a brand new park. The lot is owned by the city since forever, and listed as a "park" since 1988, but when I checked it out for possible cache placement two years ago, there was a tall fence all around it. Not anymore: Past weekend (Oct 2013), the city finally opened the property to the public. And since parks without caches are kinda .. well .. incomplete :), I went and hid one.

The park is also home to the "Westchester Story Walk", with 20 panels that show pages from illustrated children's books, so it is a nice little walk to do with a toddler. Searching for "Story Walk" on the City of White Plains Web Page and then picking the latest dated entry should provide information on which story or book is currently on display in the park.

To find the Cache:
Find the bridge along the hiking trail in the generous vicinity of the posted coordinates. The bridge has AB floor boards (two digit number), and its railing is held up by C posts (count just one side, not the total).
