Gospodarstwo o powierzchni 20 ha wraz z siedliskiem w Wielki Głęboczku zostało zakupione w czerwcu 1998 roku. Siedlisko składało się ze starego liczącego 100 lat parterowego budynku mieszkalnego, który wymagał generalnego remontu. Oprócz budynku na terenie siedliska znajdowała się stodoła, obora, wozarnia oraz garaż. W miejscu rozebranej obory postawiono budynek mieszkalny o wymiarach 19x20 metrów w stylu wiejskiej chaty. Budowę tego budynku rozpoczęto dnia 28.03.1999 roku. Następnie odnowiono budynek mieszkalny i wozarnie również w stylu wiejskim. Konstrukcje chat były murowane z przewagą drewna ,dach pokryty trzciną. Renowację chat zakończyły się w 2002 roku. Obecnie istnieje czterogwiazdkowy hotel z restauracją i SPA.

The farm with an area of 20 hectares with the habitat in the Great Głęboczek was purchased in June 1998. The habitat consisted of counting 100 years old storey residential building, which required a major overhaul. In addition to building on the habitat was a barn, byre, wozarnia and a garage. In place of demolished barn erected housing with dimensions of 19x20 meters in a cottage style. The construction of the building started on 28.03.1999 year. Then renovated apartment building and also wozarnie country style. Construction huts were made of brick with a predominance of wood, the roof covered with reeds. Chat renovations were completed in 2002. Currently, there are four-star hotel with a restaurant and spa.
