Profitez d'une courte distance de marche du parc de stationnement vers les vaches au pâturage avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée.
A partir de 19 heures vous pouvez voir à l'étable de la Ferme Auberge Soultzersmatt la traite des vaches, ce qui est certainement très interessant pour les enfants.
La production totale de lait passe entièrement dans sa propre production de Barikaas (fromage de montagne), munster, Siaskas (dessert) ou beurre.
Il est recommandé de garer la voiture au point marqué, comme au parking de la ferme les places ne sont disponibles qu'en très petit nombre.
Genießen Sie einen kleinen Spaziergang vom Parkplatz aus an den weidenden Kühen vorbei mit einer wunderbaren Sicht ins Münstertal.
Ab 19 Uhr werden an der Ferme Auberge Soultzersmatt die Kühe zum Melken in den Stall geholt, was sicher sehr schön für Kinder ist.
Die gesamte Milchproduktion wird hier komplett für die eigene Herstellung von Barikaas (Bergkäse), Münsterkäse, Siaskas (empfohlene Nachspeise) verwendet oder zu Butter verarbeitet.
Es wird empfohlen, das Auto an dem markierten Punkt zu parken, da Parkplätze vor Ort nur in sehr geringer Anzahl vorhanden sind.
