Geocache Description:

Have you ever had a time in your life when you're sick of work, or school. Sick of traffic. Sick of politicians and their nonsense. Just sick and tired of society in general and would love to shove it all away, strap on a backpack and head to the wilderness to live in solitude and sustain yourself from the land? Sounds like a great plot to a book or movie doesn't it? The only problem is, you would have to know how to feed yourself.

Now in past generations we were fairly proficient in the art of hunting and gathering. These days, not so much. If you were to try this today, even armed with the most updated version of a book on all things edible in nature, things could just take a turn for the worst. Sure you may find some nuts, twigs, or berries that are somewhat palatable and help you make it to the next meal. At some point you may decide to add some tasty fungi to your diet, and the next thing you know you're running naked through the forest, drooling and babbling to the trees about the pretty colors, and in your mind you manage to spawn the latest and greatest New Age Religion. Then, one day while on the brink of starvation, you could ingest something that you think looks so beautiful and delicious, after referring to your handy dandy wild plant manual of course, and before you know it, you are spewing your innards out of every orifice of your body until you eventually become fertilizer for the vegetation around you.

I know, its a very unpleasant mental picture. All I'm saying is, if you decide you've had all you can take of civil society and decide to strike out on your own...be careful out there! Nature may take you out!

The cache is clearly marked as a cache, with a log. BYOP. As for anything else you may find on your hunt, well, I hope you brought your manual. If you have Geokiddos bring them along. They should get a kick out of this one.

THE CAP IS THE ONLY THING THAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. PLEASE DO NOT DISLODGE THE ENTIRE CACHE!!!

CONGRATULATIONS go to 1/2 BSM on making it in and out with the FTF in one piece!!!
