24 Ağustos, 2013'te, Türkiye'de gerçekleştirilen ilk CITO etkinliğinde bu orman Geocaching oyuncuları tarafından temizlendi. 21 oyuncunun katıldığı etkinlikte 26 büyük torba çöp toplanıp atıldı. Bu günün anısına da böyle bir Cache hazırlandı.
On 24 August, 2013, we cleaned up a good portion of the forest, with 21 people collecting 26 big bags of trash from the woods. It was a fun day and we left this cache as a reminder of it, and hopefully, and encouragement for the people who come across it to keep the forest clean.
