Background
During the evening party on the saturday on the Mega Riga event i was approached by one of the organizers who asked me if I could place a cache at home. "Well, yes", I answered, and he gave me the largest PET preform I've ever seen and told me that he could come and log it. I wanted to do something relevant to the giver, maybe a challenge about logging Mega events in three different countries. A quick check told me that had already been done. Okay, folks! This is a challenge cache. This means that for once the cache actually is at the given coordinates, but to be egible to log it you have to fulfil a challenge
To be egible to log this cache you must have attended an event in at least one of the Baltic states and an event in Sweden.
