Geocache Description:

A quick cycle and dash on Old Station Close, the site of the former Shepshed Railway Station. Please bring your own pen.

Note during the working day the area can be very busy, this is one for Sundays or apres Trogland Curfew

The ex LNWR line through Shepshed to Loughborough Derby Rd finally closed in 1963, although regular passenger services ceased in 1931.
