Swanpool Marsh nature reserve is situated in the heart of the North Devon Biosphere Reserve. The reserve is a small area of coastal grassland and marsh, once common in the immediate area. It is close to sea level and poorly drained with the water table at or close to the surface for most of the year. There is a wealth of wildflowers and insects to see at Swanpool Marsh.

This Cache is a large lock-top box with plenty of initial goodies, and a £1 for the first to find. I have also included a USB memory stick with some files on it, hoping this USB stick will be moved around other Caches and be filled by other Cachers.
