Hello there human friend! It is with great honor and pleasure to meet you. My name is Great Elder Bigfoot and this is my son standing with me. From the vast surrounding forests and rugged mountains we, the first family of the Sasquatch to make ourselves known to the human kind, have come to reside in this beautiful place named North Bonneville.
A Beacon of Welcome...
My son and I stand here now as a beacon of welcome to all that pass and to symbolize the wonderful welcoming spirit of this fair community. At the 2012 edition of the annual summer festival this town holds (http://gorgedays.net), many gathered at this very spot to witness my own arrival and unveiling. It was a proud moment of togetherness between the human and Sasquatch.
Your guide...
If you so desire, I will serve as your guide on a trek through North Bonneville’s Discovery Trail System in search for ten of these loveable creatures hiding out here and there. Attempt to find my hidden cache and then simply click on Geocache 2 of this tour to begin your Bigfoot search. You will then be on your way in meeting an entire family of Sasquatch who have come to settle in this beautiful community. Along this trek for Bigfoots you will be treated to a lovely paved trail walk (about 2 miles total distance) in which you will learn about several of the unique features of this community and its surroundings.
