Pour vous garer, utilisez le grand parking disponible près des terrains de Tennis à l'entrée de La Foux d'Allos.
Use the parking near the tennis fields at the entrance of the village.
Le début du sentier démarre à coté du télésiège du Pont de l'Abrau, et suit une route jusqu'à la cabane de berger nommée "Les Plaines". Si vous arrivez tôt, vous pourrez peut-être apercevoir le berger et son troupeau de brebis.
The beginning of the walk is located near the ski lift "Pont de l'Abrau" and follow a vehicule track (stoned) up to a shepherd's hut. If you come early in the day, you can probably see a herd of sheep.
Ensuite, continuez le sentier en suivant les flèches "Lac des grenouilles" (le sentier est très bien balisé, pas de risque de se perdre, même sans carte).
Next, you have to continue the walk and follow the arrow to "Lac des grenouilles" (the walk is well indicated, you cannot get lost even without map)
Une fois au lac des grenouilles, vous y découvrirez un petit lac, agréable, offrant beaucoup d'ombre pour s'y reposer et y pic-niquer (pour autant que les grenouilles soient assez grandes pour manger les moustiques)
At the frogs' lake, you will discover a small lake with surrounding shadows for you to stop by and take a bite (if the frogs are big enough to eat the mosquitoes)
Pour le retour, nous vous conseillons de reprendre le même sentier qu'à l'aller, qui est bien plus joli que la suite de la boucle qui traverse la forêt et n'offre quasi pas de vue sur la vallée.
For the way back, we advise you to take the same path. It is the most beautiful. The other path (end of the loop) goes through the forest and doesn't have a nice view on the valley.
