MOSNAY
An 11km walk tracing the footsteps of a lone rabid wolf. On 17th July 1878 the wolf attacked 7 people and killed 50 animals. Three of the people later died of rabies.
The statue in Mosnay is a life size replica of the wolf, and it was erected in 2007 in memory of the people who died.
A book was also written about the end of the wolves in Berry in the 19th century.
