Decided on a different route that weve not done before, found a nice picnic spot, just nice views of the river and peaceful fields.
Parking available at Sandford lock, this cache is a fair trek along the tow path, but its a very pleasant walk, and there are also a couple of our other caches along the way. There are some nice picnic stops to put down a blanket and enjoy the river. The path is suitable for bikes, but isnt buggy or wheelchair friendly. This is a small cache with treasures to swap and a log to sign, there is a pen inside. Theres a nice spot to picnic just before you get to the cache,
