This is a difficult cache requiring an 11 mile round trip paddle and tracking of your course along a winding bayou so you can get back. The water is flat but the cacher must be prepared for a long day with the potential for wind and current.
While paddling through here we noticed what appeared to be the remnants of an old bridge. We could never quite figure out what kind of bridge it was if it was a bridge at all. All we knew was that it needed a cache. You are looking for a soda tube tied to a bolt protruding from the side of one of the pilings.
