In 2013, I aimed to fill my ENGLAND county map and I didn't. Why? I blame it on the lack of a cache to focus me!
Again, I aim to complete it this year and this cache is here to make sure I do!.

Rules to claim the find:
You must have logged a find in each of the listed 46 ENGLISH counties listed on www.mygeocachingprofile.com or the table above
There is no requirement to have found any caches in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, or any other part of the world
You must not own the qualifying caches (unless you adopted them prior to finding them)
You cannot use this cache as a qualifying find
You must find the qualifying caches BEFORE claiming the smiley, though you can find the cache and sign the paper log in advance of finding the qualifying caches if you wish.
Caches found before the date of publication DO count.

The cache is a larger Tic Tac mint box. It only contains a log - you are a geocacher, you should have a writing implement! There is parking a short distance from the cache.
