The name Halliford derives from a ford on the river Ash where a holy man lived during Anglosaxon times and performed miracles. The name HolyFord eventually evolved into Halliford.
Upper Halliford is a conservation area and the village green, opposite a public house, provides the main focal point and is where this cache can be found.
You're looking for a camouflaged micro container containing only a log (please bring your own pen).
Parking can be found in nearby residential roads for a convenient cache and dash. A local garden centre is also very close by for additional parking options but please cross the road carefully.
Please be stealthy as this is surrounded by residential areas.
Congratulations to Waspbuster and Dumpster41 for a very quick FTF! You'd found it before we even realised it was active!
