Everyone wants to be a spy at one point in their life. And now you will have a chance to do just that as a geocacher.

On May 26th a secret geocacher meeting (with foods and drinks, why else would we be interested) will take place in an unknown location near Rīga. Our inside man identified one of the organizers but unfortunately was discovered. Fortunately just before that happened he managed to install a tracking device on his phone.

Your mission is simple - on May 26th follow the data from the tracker (data will be made at approximately 11:30 available using Glympse via announcement in this listing). We have verified information that the location of the meeting will be printed on the side of their car (yes, that is strange, but who are we to complain about such luck). You have to use any means necessary to get those coordinates!

You will most probably need a car to follow the tracker. It is expected that they will stop from time to time to find some caches so there won't be any need to jump from running trains. Also it is expected that they will stay within 10-20 kilometers of Rīga.

Below are listed some of the options you have to retrieve the coordinates but you are free to improvise.



Yes, that last one is the key. If you think getting Megan Fox to stop the traffic for you is not feasible, if spy gadgets are not your thing and putting on camouflage makeup is too messy, you can always go back to the roots and good old fashioned gunfight – "kill" all the guards and enjoy the spoils at your own leisure.

There is just one rule for the guns – the only kind allowed are water (squirt) guns. After that there are again no limits to your imagination. Of course, expect heavy resistance. And also please remember to play fair – if you are shot dead (soaked) then play dead…

Once you get the coordinates to the meeting you should wait until 16:00 to go there. It is expected that grills will be provided, you should bring your own meat and drinks. Other activities include volleyball and anything else that is required to have a good time… (there will also be options to rent out quads etc.). The price for the location (toilets, game fields, tables) is 1.50 Ls per person.

Pasākums nenotiks dotajās koordinātās. Lasi tālāk, lai uzzinātu, kā tikt pie īstajām koordinātām.

Ik katrs no mums reiz ir gribējis kļūt par spiegu. Nu ir pienācis brīdis, kad Tev kā slēpņotājam ir iespēja šo sapni piepildīt.

26. maijā nezināmā vietā netālu no Rīgas notiks slepena slēpņotāju tikšanās (ar šašlikiem un dzērieniem, citādi jau mums tas nebūtu ieinteresējis). Mūsu aģents, kas bija iefiltrējies organizatoru vidū identificēja vienu no viņiem, taču diemžēl tika atklāts. Par laimi, pirms tas notika, aģents paspēja uzstādīt organizatora telefonā izsekošanas ierīci.

Tavs uzdevums ir vienkāršs – 26. maijā seko ierīces datiem (dati būs pieejami apmēram 11:30, izmantojot Glympse saiti, kas tiks nosūtīta šīs lapas logos kā paziņojums). Mums ir pārbaudīta informācija, ka tikšanās gala vietas koordinātas būs redzamas uz organizatoru automašīnas sāniem (jā, visnotaļ dīvaini, bet mēs neiesim sūdzēties par tādu veiksmi). Tev jāizmanto jebkādi pieejamie līdzekļi, lai iegūtu šīs koordinātas!

Tev visdrīzāk būs nepieciešama automašīna, lai varētu sekot organizatoriem. Sagaidāms, ka viņi apstāsies ik pa laikam, lai atrastu pa kādam slēpnim, līdz ar to nebūs nepieciešamības lekt no braucošiem vilcieniem. Tāpat ir sagaidāms, ka viņi visu laiku atradīsies maksimums 10-20 kilometrus no Rīgas.

Zemāk ir redzami dažas no iespējamiem risinājumiem, lai iegūtu koordinātas, taču Tev ir brīvas rokas improvizēt.



Jā, pēdējais attēls ir galvenais! Ja Tu uzskati, ka dabūt Meganu Foksu, lai tā apstādinātu satiksmi, nav reāli, ja spiegu ierīces nav īsti Tavs lauciņš un kamuflāžu krāsot uz sejas ir pārāk ķēpīgi, tad Tev ir iespēja darīt visu ar spēku un nodoties vienkārši labai apšaudei – „nošauj” visus sargus un koordinātas noraksti sev ērtā veidā un tempā.

Par ieročiem ir tikai viens noteikums – vienīgie atļautie ieroči ir ūdens pistoles. Neskaitot to, ļauj brīvu vaļu savai iztēlei. Protams, sagaidi sīkstu pretestību. Tāpat atceries, ka jāspēlē godīgi – ja Tevi „nošauj” tad atzīsti sakāvi un tēlo beigtu…

Kad esi ticis pie koordinātām, gaidi līdz apmēram 16:00, līdz tikšanās sākumam. Tikšanās vietā būs nodrošināti grilli, pašam līdzi jāņem gaļa un dzērieni. Tiks spēlēts volejbols, uz vietas lemsim par citām aktivitātēm. Būs iespēja iznomāt kvadraciklus. Maksa par fināla pasākumu ir 1.50 Ls no cilvēka (iekļauj uzturēšanos teritorijā, tualetes, galdus, sporta laukumus utt.).
