This cache is hidden in honour of a furry friend that after 15 years sadly passed away. Monty was a very special dog owned by the owner of a nearby kennel.
Monty was a golden retriever who lived a very full life growing up with the business nearby. He was adored by all the customers over many years and was very well known for his "aroooooo" sound he would make to get cuddles! His favourite thing was to stroll over to the creek and have a cool refreshing dip before wandering back for attention from everybody.
Near the GZ you will see a sign erected in honour of Monty, please take care of the area as it was truly Monty's special spot!
