A unique way to enjoy Virginia’s growing wine culture – the VA Wine Trail of geocaches! As wineries in Virginia gain world-wide recognition, my friends and I chose to combine our love of geocaching and wine.
The proprietor of this property has graciously allowed us to make this cache available when the property is open to the public – Thursday - Sunday (11am-6pm). Please be sure to seek this cache during the public hours!
The location of this geocache is known for having the highest elevation at which these plants grow (in Virginia). The drive up is not for the faint of heart, and that is why it has a higher difficulty level. Have fun, enjoy the view (which is phenomenal), and please replace the cache where you found it.
