Näätämö er på den finske siden av en av grenseovergangene mellom Finland og Sverige. Flere nordmenn reiser over hit for å handle. Näätämö-elva krysser grensa, og skifter navn til Neiden-elva på den norske siden.
Cachen er tilgjengelig året rundt.
Näätämö is in the Finnish side of one of the border passages between Finland and Norway. Many Norwegians go here to do shopping. The Näätämö-river is crossing the border, and changes name to the Neiden-river on the Norwegian side of the border.
The cache is available all year around.
