Geocache Description:

A fun afternoon geo-caching and cleaning up the park!

Check-in/garbage bags will be available from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the Nature Center.
All garbage bags (& rental gps’s) must be turned in by 5:00 pm
 

**NOTE: The area we have adopted for trash clean-up is Quarry Hill Park minus the following adjacent areas:  Parkwood Hills Park and the 50ft - 75ft section from the road into the park.  We will have special caches set up for the event (coordinates will be available the day of at the Nature Center from 1:00 to 4:00 pm).   If you don't have your own GPS, no worries we can set your family up with a free rental* GPS while you are out and about. Come do your part to save the planet while having some fun at the same time.
 
Rochester's Litter Bit Better campaign is the week of April 20th - April 27th. The Litter Bit Better campaign provides garbage bags, garbage pick-up, and even disposal!  They also require that a waiver be signed prior to collecting trash. All those under 18 must have an adult present to sign for them.
