The church of St. Andrew, built of rubblestones and dressed limestone, has a three-stage tower dating from the 13thc . The tower is short, barely reaching above the roofline of the nave and shows evidence of 18thc gault brick repairs. . The aisleless nave and chancel date from 1376 In the chancel there is a classic four-petal design in the tracery of the east window, and the small nave windows are decorated with characteristically curved stonework. There is no clerestory, and the nave walls are very low – the roofline barely higher than the window tops
