The given coordinates lead you to the Vaala church. The cache itself is in the nearby living area which was built on a swamp, a fairly dry one, though. The street names indicate swamp and plants typical of it. The coordinates will take you to a spruce. However, the cache is on the opposite side of the path, in one of the two smaller spruces. The box is inside a small camouflage bag. You don't have to take the bag off the spruce. Just open up the bag and take the box out.
