Folllow the path up the mountain from the information site by the mainroad.
The cach is located with a beautiful view over the fjord Steingrímsfjörður. In the north you see Hólmavík village, in the east the fjord with the island Grímsey and in the west the great lake in the valley Þiðriksvalladalur. I recomment you take a walk to that hidden pearl which is absolutely fantastic outdoor area.
The treasure is not far from the two houses that houses equipments for TV channel broadcasting and other communication. Head south from them.
Original cach contains logbook and a pen, a hand warmer, old icelandic coin and a gift for the first finder.
