Look from Fertöboz Gloriette over the Lake
Auf der ungarischen Seite des Neusiedler Sees gibt es nur wenige Möglichkeiten näher an den dichten Schilfgürtel heranzukommen, das offene Wasser sieht man überhaupt nur von weitem. Die im Süden gelegene Höhenstufe bietet aber wunderschöne Aussichtsplätze. Am schönsten Aussichtspunkt ließ Graf Ferenc Széchenyi anläßlich des Besuchs von Palatin Joseph im Jahre 1801 die Gloriette von Fertöboz (Holling) im frühklassizistischen Stil errichten.
On the Hungarian side of Lake Neusiedl, there are only a few possibilities to get closer to the dense reed beds, open water can be seen even from a distance. In the south, there are a lot of wonderful viewpoints. On the most beautiful place above Fertöboz (Holling), the Gloriette of Fertöboz was built in the year 1801 by Earl Ferenc Széchenyi.
