Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Air Force Enlisted Series of geocaches very near to where I live.  I recently retired from the Air Force and moved to Colorado to spend the rest of my life.  I thought my new neighborhood needed a few caches so I decided to place this series along some easy trails that are horse and dog friendly.

All you have to do is find 9 traditional geocaches…one for each Air Force enlisted rank…and write down the associated number that goes along with that rank (the rank and number are taped to the logbook).  Put the enlisted ranks in order from lowest ranking to highest ranking and put those associated numbers in the coordinates to the final Mystery Geocache (RETIRED) and find where I decided to retire to.  The entire series can easily be done in 2-3 hours…no driving necessary…but you may have to google Air Force enlisted ranks if you’re unfamiliar with the rank order.  Best of luck to ya!!  One last thing…bring a treat for Jake when visiting the “Retired” mystery cache and he’ll be your best friend forever.

Master Sergeant
The Master Sergeant (MSgt) functions primarily as a craftsman while holding more advanced leadership positions. MSgts hold a 7-skill level. This rank carries significantly increased responsibilities and requires a broad technical and managerial perspective.
