Halpatiokee is great park with playing fields, picnic areas, paved paths for biking and an extensive set of hiking/biking trails in a large natural area. It is located just south of Kanner Hwy and east of I-95.
This cache is aimed at family caching. Older kids can play too, but it's intended for the younger set. The cache is close to parking and is only a short way into the woods.
There will be muggles nearby, so please be stealthy.
When placed this cache contained spiders, insects, etc and a log. As usual, I forgot to include a pen, so please BYOP. Please don't remove the cache from it's location; just open it up to get at the goodies. Please ensure that the cache is well-hidden when you're done; use some natural vegetation.
This cache is in the Nature Preserve area. You are permitted to hike and geocache in such areas; the park staff don't want any destructive activities (e.g. biking, horses), in the Nature Preserve.
