Well...normally you can't eat rocks. But there seems to be an exceptional case!
Bread rock (方包石), located in the Castle Peak badland, is one of the attractions in that area. The rock has a unique shape of sliced bread, and is a very interesting formation to see.
Warning 1: The terrain is quite difficult to get to this cache! Coming with a group would be a better option, as you may easily get lost in this maze-like-area. Don't attempt if you are not an experienced hiker.
Warning 2: In the Castle Peak Firing Range, you may accidentally encounter remains of unexploded bomb shell, please DO NOT pick them up to avoid danger.
