[FR] Dimanche 21 avril - A la découverte de Gembloux

Le 21 avril, la Jeune Chambre Internationale de Gembloux fera découvrir le patrimoine historique et les infrastructures de Gembloux grâce à une initiation au Geocaching.
Le fil rouge de cette initiation sera une nouvelle multi-cache d'environ 5 kilomètres, le long de laquelle se trouveront des caches traditionnelles placées pour l'occasion.
Celles-ci s'ajouteront aux caches existantes réparties dans la commune.

De nouvelles caches seront aussi placées dans Gembloux et ses villages pour vous permettre de découvrir la région.

Si vous désirez partager notre passion et pourquoi pas générer de nouvelles vocations, nous vous invitons à nous rejoindre pour initier et guider les curieux !

Quand: le 21 avril
Où: l'accueil et le départ auront lieu à l'office du tourisme de Gembloux: N 50° 33.690 E 4° 41.816

Déroulement de la journée:
  • A partir de 8h30: accueil des guides pour l'initiation
  • 9h30: distribution des roadbooks, départ des groupes et de leurs guides sur le parcours de la nouvelle multi-cache
  • Fin de matinée: un verre sera offert aux participants de l'initiation, à l'arrivée de la multi-cache
  • Vers midi: un barbecue sera organisé (si vous souhaitez y participer, réservation obligatoire via gembloux@lajeunechambre.be), fin de l'event
  • Après-midi: quartier libre pour chercher les caches de Gembloux et de ses villages

[EN] Let's discover Gembloux on Sunday 21st April !

On 21st April, the Jeune Chambre Internationale de Gembloux (JCI) will highlight the historical heritage and the infrastructures of Gembloux with an initiation to Geocaching. The guiding thread of this initiation will be a new multi-cache (~5km), along which new traditional caches will be hidden. These caches will join the already existing geocaches of the municipalities.

We will also hide new caches in Gembloux and its municipalities to allow you to discover the area.

If you would like to share our favourite game and, why not, generate new vocations, we invite you to join us !

When: On Sunday 21st April
Where: Gembloux Tourist Office: N 50° 33.690 E 4° 41.816

Schedule:
  • From 8:30AM: arrival of the guides for the initiation
  • At 9:30AM: roadbooks distributions, groups and their guides start the initiation along the new multi-cache
  • At the end of the morning: a drink will be offered to the participants of the initiation, at the multi-cache final location
  • At around noon: a barbecue is planned (if you want to take part to it, the booking is mandatory via gembloux@lajeunechambre.be), end of the event
  • During the afternoon: free time for Geocaching in Gembloux and its municipalities
