Coming to the end of my "Don't fear the REAPER" cemetery series. Definitely got carried away with this series. Anyway, this is a cemetery that I pass all the time when driving on US Hwy 24 between Lawrence, KS, and Perry, KS, so decided to scout it out for a potential hiding spot.
Found a likely location. Explored cemetery and seen some unique grave markers; just check out the one for the "original HAMM".
Cache placed in a spot where barb wire is present and may pose an additional challenge for retrieval of cache container depending on your angle of attack - you've been warned! Approach cache from inside cemetery.
Remember, if you get cut from the barb wire there is NO CRYING IN GEOCACHING!!!!!!!!! You can cuss, talk in foreign languages that you thought you did not know, throw a temper tantrum, drop-kick your GPS, etc, but NO CRYING!!! Cache difficulty is most likely a 1.5 or 2, but raised it just a bit for safety reasons.
Cemetery located on north side of US Hwy 24 between Perry/Lawrence, KS. Traveling west-to-east cemetery is hidden from view by trees and it is easy to zoom right by it without noticing. If traveling east-to-west, cemetery is easily seen.
Remember to please follow any/all rules/regulations that may be posted and that we have all read on other page write-ups concerning cemeteries.
NOTE: Cache container MAY get moisture/water inside - cannot help that for something that is supposed to be waterproof, appears that it is not as waterproof as hoped!! 2eaPILL BOTTLES inside should help battle the wet log problems.
