Çemberlitaş sütunu, MS 330 yıllarında İmparator I. Konstantin onuruna, İstanbul'un yedi tepesinden biri olan ve şu anki adıyla Çemberlitaş olarak adlandırılan semtteki tepeye dikilmiş olan sütundur.
Bizans imparatoru Kostantin Roma'daki Apollon tapınağından söktürterek uzunluğu 57 m olan bu sütunu getirterek eskiden Forum Kostantin adı verilen bir meydan olan günümüzdeki yerine diktirmiştir.
