With so many of them around, if you can’t beat them, join them. It’s taken me a while to learn to love puzzle caches. I find it very satisfying to change them from annoying blue question marks to yellow smiley faces on the map.
This is one of a series of Puzzle Caches that will hopefully convert a few non-puzzle caches into puzzle caches, and maybe take you to a part of the Waikato countryside that you haven’t been to before. Take care when finding the caches with children as they are all close to roads. Have fun!
In the light of the moon a little cache lay under a leaf.
One Monday morning the cache contained plums, and oranges with pears.
On Tuesday the cache contained strawberries; and oranges.
On Wednesday the cache contained strawberries; plums and oranges; and an apple.
On Thursday the cache contained an apple; pears and oranges; and more oranges.
On Friday the cache contained just oranges and strawberries.
On Saturday the cache contained an apple; plums; and pears.
By Sunday the cache became an ant colony, was half filled up with water, was surrounded by rubbish and had several DNFs and a ‘Needs Archiving’ log.
