A unique way to enjoy Virginia’s growing wine culture – the VA Wine Trail of geocaches!
As wineries in Virginia gain world-wide recognition, my friends and I chose to combine our love of geocaching and wine by creating a VA Wine Trail of geocaches.
The proprietor of this property has graciously allowed us to make this cache available when the property is open to the public – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 11am-5pm. Please be sure to seek this cache during the public hours.
To find this cache, travel toward the base of Old Rag Mountain and cross over the Hughes River to reach GZ. As you sit and admire the view, be sure to check out some of the old farm equipment. We hope you have fun exploring, and please be sure to replace the cache in the same location that you found it.
