This is the cache for the University of Maine. It is located in one
of the University forests. Travel is fine when not mud and or bug
season!
The cache is a standard ammo can. This cache started with a lot of
stuff that every UMaine student would have. A can opener, hockey
puck, UMaine bookstore catalog, roll of tape, sports schedules,
several maps of the UM trail systems, UM pen, UM keychain, UM
patch, rubber bands, chopsticks, discount card to a local
bar..etc.. etc..
There is a log as well as pen/ pencil .
Parking is easiest on the Farm Rd. and walk from there, however,
parking at Bumstock field (on UMaine campus) can make for a nice
walk! Enjoy!
