A unique way to enjoy Virginia’s growing wine culture! Wineries in the Virginia area are gaining world-wide recognition, and residents have learned that an afternoon at a vineyard is the perfect way to relax after a long work week. Being both geocaching and wine enthusiasts, my friends and I have created a VA Wine Trail of geocaches. Enjoy!
This cache is waiting for you at Narmada Winery. The property owners have graciously allowed us to make this cache available during their tasting hours, 12-6pm Thursday through Monday.
The coordinates of this cache point to Narmada Winery’s tasting room because GPS devices do not work as well here. However, you will not need the exact coordinates to find this cache. The key to finding it can be seen all around the property, but only one specific version holds the cache. To find what you are looking for, start walking toward the tasting room. When you get close, please step lightly and watch out for muggles. There are many other special features at this location that you may not find at other VA Wine Trail locations, including some unique snack options. The winery also has indoor/outdoor seating and restrooms. We hope you have fun exploring, and please be sure to replace the cache in the same location that you found it.
