Fässbergs kyrka
Mölndals kommun

Den kyrka som idag står på platsen ersatte en medeltida kyrka som uppfördes under 1200-talet. Den kyrkan revs 1893 och en ny byggdes under 1887 och invigdes den 27 november 1887. Den är ritad av arkitekten Adrian C. Peterson. Den är byggd i nygotisk stil.

Kyrkan hette under 1922 till 1976 Mölndalskyrka då den var församlingskyrka för Mölndals församling.

Inuti kyrkan som finns det en altaruppsats som är tillverkad av Olof Bruse år 1724. Predikstolen är tillverkad av Marcus Jäger år 1689 och den satt tidigare i den medeltida kyrkan.

Denna geocache är inte placerad i kyrkomuren, och kyrkan har ingen kyrkogård. Ta med dig en egen penna. Tidigare hette denna geocache "Calling God - KV #72 - Fässbergs kyrka."
The church that today stand on the spot replaced an medieval church that was built during the 13:th century. That church was demolished 1893 and a new one was built 1887 and was inaugurated the 27:th of November 1887. Architect Adrian C. Peterson designed it. It is built in neo-Gothic style.

The name of the church was during 1922 to 1976 Mölndalskyrka when it was the parish church for Mölndals parish.

Inside the church there is an altarpiece created by Olof Bruse year 1724. The pulpit is made by Marcus Jäger year 1689 and came from the previous medieval church.

This geocache is not placed in the church wall, and the church has no cemetery. Bring your own pen. This geocache was previously namned "Calling God - KV #72 - Fässbergs kyrka."
