Ce kiosque à musique a probablement été construit en 1910 dans le parc central des Sources, à côté du grand café La Restauration (alors le plus vaste d’Europe, édifié au printemps 1870 avant la fin du Second Empire), pour remplacer un kiosque installé vers 1875. Ce Kiosque dit « de la Restauration » est à son tour déplacé dans le Parc des Bourins (au bord de l’Allier, dans le quartier de France en fort développement depuis 1910) à la fin de 1927, dans le cadre d’une importante transformation du parc et du hall des Sources. Il avait perdu sa raison d’être à cet emplacement-là du fait de la construction en 1902 du Kiosque de la Source de l’Hôpital, à quelques mètres. Le transfert est inauguré aux Bourins le dimanche 24 juin 1928 avec la participation d’une société d’orphéon qui s’appelait « la Chatouille ». Il a ensuite très peu servi, abandonné à côté du Parc d’enfants créé en 1936 par le Compagnie fermière. Sa rénovation a été entreprise en 2005 par une association comprenant des entreprises et des écoles du bâtiment. La nouvelle inauguration a eu lieu le 18 juin 2011, reste plus qu'à y entendre de la musique...A la grande époque de Vichy, on comptait sept kiosques, il n'en reste plus que deux...

This bandstand was probably built in 1910 in the central park of Sources, next to the grand café La Restauration (then the largest in Europe, built in the spring of 1870 before the end of the Second Empire), to replace a kiosk installed circa 1875. This Kiosk known as “of the Restoration” was in turn moved to the Parc des Bourins (on the banks of the Allier, in the district of France which had undergone strong development since 1910) at the end of 1927, within the framework of 'a major transformation of the park and the Hall of Sources. He had lost his reason for being there because of the construction in 1902 of the Hospital's Spring Kiosk, a few meters away. The transfer was inaugurated at Bourins on Sunday June 24, 1928 with the participation of an orheon company called "la Chatouille". It was then used very little, abandoned next to the Children's Park created in 1936 by the Compagnie Fermière. Its renovation was undertaken in 2005 by an association comprising construction companies and schools. The new inauguration took place on June 18, 2011, all that remains is to hear music ...
