Geocache Description:

Stroud church, locally known as Stroud Mission Church, was built at the very end of the 19th century and is of brick and flint construction, with a small wooden bell tower. It is an unremarkable building, looking more like a village hall or school than a church. Services are still regularly held, with some alternating with All Saints, Steep, a few miles away/

On to the cache:-

Standing at the published co-ordinates you should be able to see a commemorative stone:-

ABCD= The year found on the commemorative stone.

E= The number of  round panels in the window above.

F= The number of words in the bottom line on the blue notice board facing the road.

Now head to N 51 00.(D-A)CE W 000 57.CF(B-E) where you will find the cache, which is large enough for small swaps and trackables.

Should only take ~ 10 minutes.

The church is on Ridge Common Lane, which is a quiet country road with room to park a car on the road by the church for the short time it should take to grab this cache.
