Geocache Description:


Située au-dessus du village de la Rivière, vers Querqueville, la chapelle Saint Clair fut construite au XIIIème siècle. Elle est dédiée au saint patron des commis et des servantes de fermes.
Ce petit édifice, au pied de ses grands pins, est aujourd'hui fermé par des grilles et attend une hypothétique restauration pour une destination à trouver.

Situated over the village of La Rivière, towards Querqueville, the chapel Saint Clair was built in the XIIIth century. It’s dedicated to the patron saint of the farms hands the handmaids of farms.
This small building, at the foot of its big pines, is closed by iron gates today and waits for a hypothetical restoration for a purpose to be found.
