Bravura 5 - The Hump (formerly Old Wall) Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

chiptheduck: The cache is undoubtedly still there as it is indestructible and very well camouflaged which is why it is Difficulty 4.
However, I have had enough of trekking up there to find the cache in good health after (usually less experienced) geocachers have failed to find it and recorded a DNF.
Now it has been referred to the Reviewer for archiving.
My apologies to anyone who wanted to try a more challenging cache but I no longer derive any pleasure from owning this cache.

Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a series of 8 caches and a bonus forming a circular walk near the Bravura Lake. It complements our shorter series around the Barragem. The Barragem was constructed to form this lake to supply water to the coastal towns.

Full details of the series appear on the web page for the first cache in the series, GC3XFMN Bravura 1 - Burnt Out.

To find the bonus you will need to collect the six values A to F from the 8 caches - each is repeated at least once so that you will still be able to locate the bonus even if you cannot find one of the caches or if it goes missing. Two codes are written in this cache's logbook and elsewhere on the cache.

Don't forget to note down the numbers for the bonus before you move on.

This is the most difficult cache in the series. It used to be entitled "The Wall" but it is now just a hump marking a boundary. The cache is well camouflaged.

This cache is brought to you by Frango & Chips.
