Green Acres (Viver no Campo) foi uma série norte-americana do final dos anos 60, e que mostrava um casal endinheirado, Oliver e Lisa Douglas, que se mudam da cidade grande, New York, para o campo, para seguir o sonho de Oliver de ter uma fazenda.
Apesar das muitas dificuldades na mudança de ritmos e de modos de vida, no final sempre chegam à conclusão que a vida no campo é mais saudável, que existe uma vivência em comunidade, e que todos se entre ajudam.
A ideia desta cache é essa mesmo, levar as pessoas a pensar sobre a vivência da aldeia. Nos dias que correm, os jovens cada vez mais trocam a vida no campo pela vida na cidade, pelas facilidades que isso traz. Mas a vida numa comunidade rural ainda tem muitas vantagens.
A aldeia não é um ambiente retrograda e em decadência. Pelo contrário, nos dias que correm, ter uma vida na aldeia é sustentável, seja a nível ecológico, seja a nível económico.
Uma vida num ambiente rural pode melhorar a saúde significante-mente, devido à menor poluição do ar, que reduz as probabilidades de problemas respiratórios, devido a um ritmo de vida mais calmo, que reduz os níveis de stress e a uma alimentação mais saudável.
A nível económico, uma vida em comunidade, onde cada um planta algum tipo de vegetais ou fruta, faz com que as pessoas sejam menos sedentária, e ao mesmo tempo, tenha um apoio a nível alimentar saudável em casa.
Hoje em dia existem centenas de associações ligadas a aldeias, que fazem trabalhos fantásticos na área da música, teatro e integração social. Tudo isto feito por jovens voluntários, que mesmo estudando e trabalhando nos grandes centros, voltam ao fim-de-semana para desenvolver atividades dentro da sua aldeia.

The idea of this cache, it's to make people think about the life inside a village. Nowadays the young people are changing their life's from the rural places to the big city's, because of all the facilities that brings to life. But living in a rural environment still have a lot of advantages.

A life in a rural environment can improve health, because of the lack of pollution, that reduces the probability of respiratory problems, reduce of stress and a healthy feed.
Economically speaking, a life in community where everyone plant a kind of vegetable and fruit, makes everybody less sedentary, and at the same time, it's a help in the feeding inside home.
Nowadays there are hundreds of associations connected with villages, that make an amazing work in the music, theatre and social integration. All of this done by young volunteers, even studying and working in the big city's, they return every weekend to develop activities inside their village.
