Bukit Kiara is one of the remaining "green lungs" of Kuala Lumpur. In earlier days a rubber plantation, it is now a park, popular with walkers, joggers and mountainbikers. The Penchala river has its source on the hill slopes and from the top of the hill you have a nice view of bustling Kuala Lumpur.
There is a maze of walking/biking trails covering Bukit Kiara. One of these trails follows the budding Sg Penchala.
The Bukit Kiara Stream geocache has been placed "inside" a big tree, near this trail. The geocache consists of a metal container with the usual content, for protection covered with a small rock.
