Geocache Description:

A chirp cache in Cairns.

NOTE: this is designed to work with a Garmin GPS. Some people are able to get the right data with an App on their phone. It is set as a mystery cache and has a beacon attribute because it needs special equipment that not everyone has. If you don't have the right GPS to get the data, or can't figure out the app, unfortunately this cache isn't for you. Thanks for considering this before you attempt the cache.

Go to the start point of the cache, sit down, relax and wait for the beacon to talk to you.  You won't be able to open the cache without the information from the chirp.  The cache will be an easy grab after that. This cache is placed with permission of the property owner.

If you don't get the signal from the seat, go toward where the birds might be chirping until you have a signal. Small hands might help you with the grab, and a torch will come in very handy at night.

You really can't open the cache if you can't receive that signal. The cache is in plain sight and is accessible 24/7. The gate (NOT the driveway roller door) is always shut but be bold - it really can't be muggled.

I have put a few pathtags in the cache for trade with other pathtags. I will try to always keep some in there for this purpose.
