SÉRIE 'O BRASIL NAS COPAS DO MUNDO' - Jogador #11: Cafu - "O Capitão do Penta"
Em 2014, a Copa do Mundo de Futebol foi disputada no Brasil. Esta série de caches tem o objetivo de celebrar este evento e repassar a história da seleção brasileira nas Copas do Mundo, do Campeonato de 1958 ao Pentacampeonato de 2002 e, quem sabe, o Hexacampeonato em 2018, na Rússia.
Dado que estamos aqui falando de futebol, foram selecionados, para esta série, 11 jogadores, representativos de cada um dos 5 campeonatos ganhos pelo Brasil desde 1958. Para cada campeonato ganho, 2 jogadores, num total de 10 jogadores, dos quais 1 é goleiro. E, para representar o conjunto da obra brasileira nas copas do mundo, o Rei do Futebol: Edson Arantes do Nascimento, o Pelé.
A escolha dos jogadores obedeceu a um critério: a relevância ou representatividade daquele jogador para a história do futebol brasileiro, no humilde entendimento do owner desta série de caches! O objetivo não é montar a "seleção brasileira dos sonhos" pois este owner sabe que, a depender das preferências individuais de cada um, a discussão poderia ser eterna.

JOGADOR #11: Cafú - "O Capitão do Penta"
Marcos Evangelista de Souza, o Cafú, nasceu em 7 de junho de 1970 na cidade de São Paulo. Sua carreira no futebol começou logo cedo, aos 7 anos. Assim como outros jogadores nesta série, passou inicialmente pelo futebol de salão e desempenhou-se posteriormente pelo Nacional-SP, Portuguesa e Itaquaquecetuba.
Foi na equipe do São Paulo que Cafú despontou para a fama no futebol. Atuando principalmente como ponta direita, foi campeão do Campeonato Mundial Interclubes em 1992 (contra o Barcelona) e em 1993 (contra o AC Milan). A partir daí, projetou-se para o futebol internacional, tendo atuado por clubes na Espanha e Itália e destacando-se em sua nova posição como lateral direito.
Na seleção brasileira, Cafú atuou em 3 Copas do Mundo, em 1994, 1998 e 2002, com o qual tendo sido campeão em 2 delas (1994 e 2002). A seleção de 2002 deveria ter tido o jogador Emerson como capitão, mas este se contundiu antes da Copa e acabou cortado. Acaso do destino, o escolhido para levar a braçadeira de capitão foi Cafú, que ao final da Copa ergueu a taça do Penta.

'BRAZIL IN THE WORLD CUPS' GEOCACHE SERIES
In 2014, the World Cup of Soccer took place in Brazil. The objective of this cache series is to celebrate that event and review the history of the Brazilian national team in the World Cups, from the first victory in 1958 up to the fifth one in 2002 and, who knows, the 6th one in 2018, in Russia.
Given that we’re speaking about football here, a total of 11 players were picked for this cache series, representing each one of the 5 world cups won by Brazil since 1958. For each championship won, 2 players; 10 in total, 1 of them a goalkeeper. And, representing the Brazilian national team assembled conquests in the World Cups, the King of Football: Edson Arantes do Nascimento, aka Pelé.
The players’ selection followed one criterion: the relevance or representativeness of each player to the Brazilian soccer history, in the humble opinion of this series’ cache owner! The objective is not to assemble the “all time Brazilian national dream team” because this owner know that, depending on each one’s particular preferences, there would be eternal discussion!
BTW: thinking on the development of a ‘tourist friendly’ cache series, any information needed to solve the mysteries in this cache series can be found in English over the internet – a nicely done Google search, even with an English input, will do it – believe me, I’ve tested it!
You may pursue the whole series in one single sequence or to pick your favorite players to go after, as you prefer. If you want to go after the whole series, it is recommended to do it in the same order of the players and to be prepared for a 3km walk

PLAYER #11: Cafú - "The Penta Captain"
Marcos Evangelista de Souza, Cafu, was born on June 7, 1970 in São Paulo. His football career began early, at age 7. Like other players in this series, he initially passed by indoor football and played up later by the colors of Nacional-SP, Portuguesa and Itaquaquecetuba.
It was with the Sao Paulo team squad that Cafú came to fame in football. Acting primarily as a right forward, he was champion of the Toyota Interclubs Cup in 1992 (against Barcelona) and 1993 (against AC Milan). From there, he was projected to international career, having played for clubs in Spain and Italy and excelling in his new position at right back.
In the Brazilian national team, Cafu played in three World Cups, in 1994, 1998 and 2002, and have been champion in two of them (1994 and 2002). The team of 2002 should have had Emerson as captain, but he was injured before the World Cup and cut out of the team. Trick of fate, the one chosen to take the captain's armband was Cafu, who lifted the World Cup trophy after the final victory.
To solve this puzzle, answer:
I) In his last game for AC Milan, Cafu scored a goal in a victory against Udinese. The score of the game will give you A x B, where A is the higher number and B is the smaller number.
