The cache is NOT located at the posted coordinates, but IS within 2 miles.
There's really nothing special to say about the cache title. It just happens that this is my 21st hide.
Well, okay, there's one thing special about the actual coordinates. The 15 digits of the cache coordinates can be obtained by writing the permutation of numbers 1 through 12. That is, we can first write 3, followed by 8, and so on until all 12 numbers are written.
We can narrow it down further by observing these properties:
- When viewed as a 15-digit number, the coordinates is divisible by 21.
- Within the 15-digit number, the number 21 appears exactly twice.
- The sum of the last 4 digits of the cache coordinates is 21.
You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
