Kätkön syntyhistoria liittyy paikallisen metsästysseuran, Haralanvaaran Erän, hankkimaan entiseen Seuraintaloon Haralanvaaralla Lieksan Vaaraniemessä.
Metsästysseura on kirjannut kätkön omiin pöytäkirjoihinsa ja talolle voi saapua autolla aivan pihaan saakka. Toivon, ettette mene paikalle mikäli siellä näyttää olevan tapahtumaa, sillä taloa voi vuokrata yksityisiin juhliin ym. Purkki ei ole missään rakennuksessa, joten älkää kaivelko paikkoja suotta.
The history of this cache is related to a local elk hunting group, Haralanvaaran Erä, and it's house on the hill called Haralanvaara in the area called Vaaraniemi in Lieksa. The house has been a village house before it's nowaday usage.
The hunting group has written this cache into it's files and you can drive your car to parking places around the house. I wish, that you wouldn't go there if there's already something going on, because the house is used to birthday etc. private parties. The cache is not near any building, so you don't have to look aroud there.
