I love to cook, when I am able to make the time for it. Alton Brown, the creator and host of Good Eats on Food Netwook, is one of my favorite celebrity chefs. Alton Brown stated that the show was inspired by the idea of combining Julia Child, Mr. Wizard, and Monty Python. I love that he doesn't just cook the meal...throwing in random amounts of ingredients...instead he explains the science behind the cooking.
Some of my favorite episodes are: "For Whom the Cheese Melts", "Ear Apparent", "The Muffin Method Man", and "The Waffle Truth"
Many of my friends know that I love to make chocolate waffles, a recipe which I learned/stole from Alton Brown. So this cache is in honor of "The Waffler".
