S položaja 1313, ki se nahaja ob neposredni bližini neizrazitega vrha Veliki Rob, le ta pa jugovzhodno od bolj znanega Rombona se nam odpre lep razgled na Bovško kotlino ter vrhove, ki le tega obdajajo. Ruševine topniške opazovalnice sedaj zaznamuje kovan križ z napisom "Dreizehn dreizehn 1313 m". V bližini pa se nahaja tudi planinska vpisna skrinjica.
Dostop: Iz Bovca peljemo proti mejnemu prehodu Predel. Po nekaj kilometrih ob cesti opazimo trdnjavo Kluže in ob njej parkirišče, kjer parkiramo (PK). S parkirišča se usmerimo na široko pot, ki se nahaja na nasprotni strani ceste od Trdnjave Kluže (smer Rombon). Pot nas skozi osvetljen (svetilka je vseeno priporočljiva) star vojaški predor po 30 minutah pripelje do porušene trdnjave Fort Hermann. Naprej nadaljujemo desno v smeri Rombona po poti, ki se vzpenja skozi gozd kar strmo navzgor. Na razpotjih nadaljujemo po markirani poti in se držimo oznak Na Robu 1313. Ko pridemo do R1, nadaljujemo levo po slabše vidni poti v smeri oznake 1313 (naravnost Rombon), ki nas v par minutah pripelje do zaklada. Pot nam bo v eno smer vzela približno 2,30h.
Za tiste bolj pogumne toplo priporočamo celodnevno (približno 8 do 9 ur) krožno turo z začetkom pri studencu v vasi Zavrzelno nad Bovcem, od koder nas pot preko planine Goričice (GC3EEJA) in Čukle (GC3EETV) pripelje na vrh Robona (GC38Y40). Od tam se vrnemo po poti (R2), ki nas mimo številnih ruševin, Kote 1313 in trdnjave Fort Hermann (GCGAM8) pripelje do Kluž (GC34AA5) (kjer nas priporočljivo čaka drugi avto :-).
Zaklad je majhna Lock & Lock škatlica z začetno vsebino: beležka, svinčnik in šilček (prosim ne odnesi) ter par malenkosti za izmenjavo.

From Kota 1313, located in the immediate vicinity of Veliki Rob, which is just southeast of the more famous mount Rombon, opens a beautiful view over the Bovec basin and the surrounding peaks. The ruins of the artillery observation post are now marked by forged cross with the inscription "Dreizehn dreizehn 1313 m". There is also a mountain log book.
Access: From Bovec drive in the direction of border crossing Predel. After a few kilometers along the road you pass fort Kluže with some parking place where you park (PK). Choose a foot path (heading Rombon) which takes you through the illuminated (flash light is still recommended) old military tunnel to the demolished Fort Hermann (cca. 30 min.). The path continues to the right in direction of Rombon steeply upward through the forest. At the crossroads continue in the direction "Na Robu 1313". When arriving at the R1, continue left on the less visible path following "1313" mark (straight Rombon) which brings you in a couple minutes to the cache. Walk will took you about 2.30 hours in one direction.
For the more courageous we strongly recommend full-day (approximately 8 to 9 hours) circular tour with parking near the spring in the village of Zavrzelno above Bovec where starts the path leading us pass mountain pasture Goričica (GC3EEJA) and peak Čukla (GC3EETV) to the top of mount Rombon (GC38Y40). From there go back following the path (R2) that leads us past a number of ruins, Kota 1313 and Fort Hermann (GCGAM8) ending at fort Kluze(GC34AA5) (where preferably second car is waiting for you :-).
The cache is small Lock & Lock container with initial content: logbook, pencil and pencil sharpener (please do not remove) and few trading items.
