Geocache Description:

A cache series based on the song "I've Been Everywhere" originally written by Geoff Mack in 1959.

The song "I've Been Everywhere" was written by Geoff Mack in 1959 and originally sung by Lucky Starr but the version most of us are familiar with wasn't the original.  The first version of the song detailed towns and cities down under, in Australia.
It started like this:
"Well, I was humpin' my bluey on the dusty Oodnadatta road,
When along came a semi with a high and canvas covered load,
'If you're goin' to Oodnadatta, mate, um, with me you can ride,
' so I climbed in the cabin, and I settled down inside,
He asked me if i'd seen a road with so much dust and sand,
I said listen mate, I've traveled every road in this here land."
Or Listen to it Here
I think in a lot of ways the song could be about Geocaching too, its taken us to strange places with strange names with many miles between.  If you like, tell us about a cache which took you someplace strange and unexpected.

Enjoy the series and its companion series to the north.  If you wish to do the series as a cache run I've included extra logs in this cache and its companion "Winnemucca" to get you started. Let me know when the spare logs run low.
