To log the cache you have to meet Karelerak or JaKaty from the Czech Republic who will be identifiable by having two small black dogs with them, and sign a logbook. You can bring travel bugs you wish to be sent to the Czech Republic.
We hope to meet as many local and visiting cachers as we can while we are in Riga, and invite them to the Czech Republic
